- Before you agree to an interview you will know the range, the working pattern and the interview format. If a client will not share the range, we will tell you that too.

- We keep you informed throughout the process, including when a role is not progressing or we do not have a suitable opportunity.

- What we collect, and why
- Only what you type into the form above: your name, organisation, email, telephone number and the details of the role. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to work on the vacancy. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Who sees it
- Solution Central X staff, and our hosting and email providers, who act on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information or pass it to other agencies. If you are a candidate, your details never reach an employer without your agreement to that specific organisation.
- Cookies
- This site sets none. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, no analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner: consent is required for non-essential cookies and we do not set any.
- Your rights, and complaints
- You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Contact info@solutioncentralx.com or call 0208 036 3782 and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
